E3.1 Low Impact Materials and Supplies

Requirement

Adopt and implement purchasing policies and procedures to acquire products and supplies with low environmental impact[MA1] . The plan shall include the following:

  • Recycled paper
  • Reduced use of paper
  • Efficient delivery of materials and supplies
  • Select materials having low environmental impact when feasible
Applicability

Applies to businesses with 25 or more employees.

Provide a reference to the purchasing policies and procedures in the AA Report.
