S1.2 Non Discrimination

Requirement

Adopt and implement standard nondiscrimination policies applicable to all employees, and protecting all suppliers and customers, regardless of whether or not required by applicable law to do so.  Include a zero-tolerance provision requiring progressive corrective action to be taken when prohibited discrimination has been found, and a requirement of investigation of prohibited discrimination by an independent third party.   Document (excluding identity of the complainant and accused) all complaints of prohibited discrimination in the AA Report.

Applicability

Applies to businesses with 25 or more employees

Documentation

The AA Report shall include statements directly and clearly addressing the requirement.
