S1.4 Grievance Resolution

Requirement

Adopt a policy for resolution of grievances at all levels. Supervisors shall maintain a reasonable open-door policy. The policy should include non-retaliation protection for grievances filed in good faith. 

Applicability

Applies to businesses with 10 or more employees.   

Documentation

The AA Report shall include statements directly and clearly addressing the requirement.
