S1.6 Professional Development


Adopt a policy that enables employees to advance their knowledge and skills in areas relevant to both the business and the employee. The policy shall include work schedule flexibility, partial or full tuition/expense reimbursement, and if necessary, paid time off. 


Applies to businesses with 10 or more employees.   


The AA Report shall include a reference to the policy and statements directly and clearly addressing the requirement.
