Eley Associates, an architectural and engineering consulting firm, was founded by Charles Eley in 1976 and incorporated in 1994. Our practice is devoted to advancing energy efficiency in buildings through policy development, research, energy and cost analysis services, software development, training and communications (see services). Our offices are centrally located in downtown San Francisco.
