VisualRate

This software tool enables users to evaluate different utility rates by importing and scaling a profile of electricity and gas use. It can be used to apply a utility rate to a time series of electricity and gas usage produced by DOE-2, EnergyPlus or other programs. VisualRate works with all types of electric, gas, steam, and chilled water utility rates. Electric rates can account for demand charges, time-of-use charges as well as ratchets.
